About HOTKEYS

HOTKEYS is a free web app for saving, organising and copying your own replies. It is operated by jams.sh, London, United Kingdom. Contact: james@jams.sh.

How it works

HOTKEYS runs entirely in your browser. Your replies, categories, details and settings are saved on your device, not on a server, as described in the privacy notice. You can use it for personal or work purposes.

Your content and backups

You own what you write and you are responsible for it, including having the right to store any third-party information you add. Because content is stored in your browser, clearing your browser data or changing device will remove it, and it cannot be recovered from the site. Use Export library to keep your own copy.

Acceptable use

Please don’t interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy, resell or rebrand HOTKEYS or its design without permission.

Availability and liability

HOTKEYS is provided free of charge and “as is”. It may change, be unavailable or contain errors from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, jams.sh is not liable for loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory rights are not affected.

Intellectual property

The HOTKEYS name, logo, design and code are © 2026 jams.sh. Third-party components are credited below and keep their own licences.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated from time to time, and the date above will change when they are. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
